There are these two seagulls, Heathcliff and Gertrude.
Heathcliff says to Gertrude, You know, I wish I had a bigger bill. I would become a stork, deliver babies and make lots of money.
Gertrude says, No, no! Storks deliver babies. Doctors have the big bills!
