Cutting Charles Coburn’s hair

Red Skelton: Sure you don’t want a shave? I’m good with a razor!
Charles Coburn: Listen, Vampira, just a hair cut!

Charles Coburn: And a quarter of an inch off here! And don’t breath in my ear!
Red Skelton: MaybeYou’d rather I didn’t breathe at all.
Charles Coburn: Well, it might help the show …

[“Cuddles” calls Charles Coburn at the barber shop] I’m your bunny fuzz.

Charles Coburn: You’ve ruined my career as a leading man!
Red Skelton: You were a leading man when the Mississippi was a dew drop!

Charles Coburn sues!

When Coburn enters the courtroom, everyone applauds – even the jurors. And his prosecuting attorney is friends with members of the jury! And the judge wants to pass sentence before they even begin! It’s a bit of an unfair match. But Red has a secret weapon! He’s going to reveal to the world that Coburn’s girlfriend, Beverly, calls him “Bunny Fuzz”! And Charles Coburn surrenders!

Judge: Now before I pass the death sentence …

Red Skelton: I object! I’m not a stupid idiot!
Judge: Then what kind of idiot are you?

And in a final bit of irony, Coburn’s girlfriend Beverly throws him over for the judge instead!
